For safety reasons, our cleaners will not lift items weighing over 25 pounds or use stepladders or stools over 3 feet high. If you would like us to clean behind furniture or appliances, we can assist, provided someone is available to help move the heavy items.

FreshStart Cleaners is committed to providing exceptional cleaning services. You can select an appointment time that works best for you. We allow a one-hour window to account for traffic, parking, and any unexpected delays such as bad weather or previous service appointments running long.

We strive to ensure you have a consistent and stress-free experience at every appointment, and we make every effort to send your favorite cleaner each time. If your preferred cleaner is not available, we will inform you ahead of time.

If you prefer to be home during the appointment, you can be, but it’s not necessary.

While we offer comprehensive cleaning services, there are certain limitations to what we can handle. These include:
Cleaning exterior windows or areas outside the building.
Handling hazardous materials, biohazards, or pet waste.
Moving heavy furniture or appliances.
Cleaning high surfaces or areas not safely accessible with a two-step ladder.
Providing specialized services like carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, or pest control.
Performing deep stain removal on carpets, walls, or upholstery.
Cleaning delicate items such as antiques, collectibles, or fragile objects without prior written consent and instructions from the client.
